Center door into the church. Santa Maria Novella was a church of the Dominican order. The lunette over the door shows Saint Dominic being tended by angels and may refer to the Feast of Corpus Christi. The two lunettes on either side of the central door (Details 2,3 and 8) each focus on a form of sacred bread. The artist is Ulisse Ciocchi.
